The National Cellar commits to storing all wines at the correct temperature and humidity, but it always chooses to preserve the visual appearance that comes with age. We select brands and regions that, by convention, reveal distinct characteristics in tastings of aged wines. However, we want to remind you that wine is a living organism, and even while sealed, its aromas evolve over time. Therefore, the National Cellar cannot be held responsible for the product’s quality, as it is an old wine. Our recommendation is to open the bottle and let the wine aerate beforehand, which helps release its natural aromas after so many years closed.
