Following careful fermentation in French oak barrels at 15°C, it underwent a nearly seven-month skin contact maceration, undoubtedly lending it a touch of melancholic depth. Blended with the complex Antão Vaz and Arinto grapes, this wine demands a perfectly seasoned white meat, perhaps with a hint of pepper to complement its nuanced character.
