This Alentejo red, hailing from the vineyard of Dona Jeremias, is a charming reminder that life – and wine – doesn’t always need to be overly serious. Predominantly made with Aragoneze and Trincao grapes, it bursts with vibrant aromas and boasts a remarkably balanced structure. The tannins are present, certainly, but they’re beautifully tempered by a refreshing acidity, making it a truly inviting wine. It pairs exceptionally well with a classic *porco preto* – the richness of the pork is wonderfully offset by the wine’s character.
