This Malhó wine clearly put a lot of effort into its delicate grapes, starting with hand-harvesting and a two-day foot-treading process – a truly dedicated team! Extended maceration was then employed to extract maximum complexity, resulting in a wine that, according to some, snagged a respectable 92 points from Robert Parker. It’s a wine with a personality that certainly… lingers. Pairs wonderfully with grilled beef – a match that’ll please discerning palates.
