This Vinho dos Pardais – aptly named, as it seems to perpetually crave more fruit – is a gloriously unpretentious expression of the Setúbal soul. Predominantly Aragonez, the grapes burst with the warmth of the region, offering ripe red fruit and a subtle spice complexity. Remarkably, it secured gold at the Revista de Vinhos de Portugal in 2018, and would pair beautifully with a hearty charcuterie board or a perfectly grilled steak.
