The Vinha Paz wines, whose name derives from the producer’s mother, are produced in the demarcated Dão region. The estate covers about 10.5 hectares of vines, 7.5 hectares of which are old vines. The wines are crafted by António Canto Moniz from grapes grown in the Leira da Tremoa area, processed using the traditional foot‑mashing method, and after vinification and ageing they are bottled in the Casa da Carreira Alta cellars in Oliveira de Barreiros.
