Vinha Paz wines, named after the producer's mother, are crafted in the demarcated Dão region. The estate spans roughly 10.5 hectares of vines, with 7.5 hectares of old vines. António Canto Moniz produces the wines from grapes grown in the Leira da Tremoa area, employing the traditional foot‑mashing method; after vinification and maturation, they are bottled in the Casa da Carreira Alta cellars at Oliveira de Barreiros.
