The Vinha Paz wines, whose name comes from the name of the producer's mother, are produced in the demarcated Dão region. The estate covers about 10.5 hectares of vineyards, 7.5 of which are old vines. The wines are made by António Canto Moniz from grapes grown in the Leira da Tremoa area. The grapes are processed using the traditional method of foot treading and, after fermentation and aging, are bottled at the Casa da Carreira Alta cellars in Oliveira de Barreiros.
