The Vinha Paz wines, named after the producer’s mother, are produced in the demarcated Dão region. The estate covers about 10.5 ha of vineyards, 7.5 ha of which are old vines. António Canto Moniz makes the wines from grapes grown in the Leira da Tremoa area, processed by the traditional foot‑treading method, and after vinification and maturation, they are bottled in the Casa da Carreira Alta cellars in Oliveira de Barreiros.
