Seriously Cool is a statement of intent: a Chenin Blanc that combines the “seriousness” of its structure with the “cool” character of its Atlantic origin. Derived from bush‑grown vines aged between 30 and 40 years, this white wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in old barrels and concrete vats, remaining in contact with its lees to gain oiliness. The result is a vibrant and mineral wine, where stone‑fruit, lime, and jasmine floral notes blend into a creamy and balanced palate—an oceanic Chenin, sophisticated and deeply refreshing.
