This Xavier Santana, hailing from Setúbal, proves the Serra Verdejante has more to offer than just gentle slopes. The Trincadeira grapes clearly reveal the region’s influence, delivering a pronounced saline character reminiscent of the sea. A wonderfully fresh and lively wine with a lingering finish – perfect with grilled fish or seafood. Quite a gem, having already secured a gold medal at the International Wine Challenge.
