Casa Relvas is a family project that began in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, aimed at continuing a five‑generation story with a deep passion for the Alentejo and its authentic nature. Over the years the family grew alongside the business, and today it covers roughly 750 ha of montado forest, 225 ha of olive grove and 350 ha of vineyards under 100 % integrated production. With the three estates – Herdade de São Miguel, Herdade da Pimenta and Herdade de São Miguel de Machede – Casa Relvas can produce 6 million bottles a year, 70 % of which go to the export market, reaching more than 30 countries worldwide and showcasing the best of the Alentejo.
