“This Talhas do Tareco is a wonderfully bold wine, clearly having had a passionate chat with the Alentejo’s very soul. Harvested by hand – you can almost feel the care – and fermented in barro (clay) talhas, it’s a nod to a wonderfully traditional approach. The extended maceration with pulp results in a wine brimming with tropical notes, notably reminiscent of pineapple – a detail that earned it a respectable 17 points from Revista de Vinhos. It possesses a lovely mineral character, adding to its overall elegance, and is delightfully easy-drinking, making it a fantastic match for grilled fish or a vibrant summer salad.”
