XXVI Talhas Tareco Branco is an artisanal wine that pays homage to the millennia‑old tradition of clay vats. Produced with total destemming and gentle crushing, it ferments with prolonged maceration and remains in contact with the solids for two months, without temperature control, relying only on indigenous yeasts. The process is entirely natural, with no filtration or mechanical stabilization; the liquid is delicately filtered by the solids present in the vat. With a bright citrine color, it stands out for its vibrant tropical fruit aromas, featuring notes of pineapple in syrup and an excellent minerality. On the palate it is dry and presents a perfect match with the aromas, revealing balance and freshness. Made from Antão Vaz, Perrum, and Roupeiro grapes, this wine is an authentic and genuine expression of Alentejo and its wine traditions. (Illustrative image only)
