The XXVI Talhas Tareco Branco is an artisanal wine that pays homage to the millennial tradition of clay vats. Produced with total destemming and light crushing, it ferments with extended maceration and remains in contact with the skins for two months, without temperature control, relying only on indigenous yeasts. The process is entirely natural, with no filtration or mechanical stabilisation, and the liquid is delicately filtered by the skins present in the vat. With a bright citrine colour, it stands out for its vibrant tropical fruit aromas, with notes of pineapple in syrup and excellent minerality. On the palate it is dry and shows a perfect match with the aromas, revealing balance and freshness. Made from the Antão Vaz, Perrum and Roupeiro varieties, this wine is an authentic and genuine expression of Alentejo and its wine traditions. (illustrative image only)
