The colour, a beautiful topaz hue, immediately hints at the richness to come. You’ll pick up notes of toasted almonds and figs, and the palate is wonderfully smooth – a complex, enveloping experience with a delightful spice finish. Seriously, it’s fantastic with a good aged cheese or, if you're feeling adventurous, some chorizo pastries.
