The Veiga França wines belong to a brand with a long history at Henriques & Henriques, founded by João Gonçalves Henriques in 1850. After his death in 1912, a partnership was established between his two sons, Francisco Eduardo and João Joaquim Henriques, which gave rise to the name Henriques & Henriques. From its earliest days, Henriques & Henriques has held a prominent place in viticulture and the art of winemaking. In 1913 the family interests were incorporated into a family company that, in 1925, began operating as an exporter of its wines rather than supplying locally to other exporters. Since then the company has embraced the latest technological innovations, while preserving the unchanged family tradition that has lasted for 200 years in producing the finest Madeira wines. Total control of all aspects of production allows H&H to produce and market wines of exceptional quality. The bottling year may not match the image presented. (image purely illustrative)
