Veiga França wines are a brand with a long history at Henriques & Henriques, founded by João Gonçalves Henriques and dating back to 1850. After his death in 1912, a partnership was formed between his two sons, Francisco Eduardo and João Joaquim Henriques, giving rise to the name Henriques & Henriques. From the earliest days, Henriques & Henriques has occupied a prominent place in viticulture and the art of winemaking. In 1913 the family interests were incorporated into a family company that, in 1925, began operating as an exporter of its wines instead of supplying them locally to other exporters. Since then the company has embraced the latest technological innovations while preserving the unaltered family tradition that has persisted for 200 years in the production of the finest Madeira wines. Full control over every aspect of production allows H&H to produce and market wines of exceptional quality. The vintage may not match the image presented. (Illustrative image only)
