This 3 Folhas is a wonderfully relaxed white wine – it clearly enjoyed a quiet harvest, picked during the coolest hours. The careful, temperature-controlled fermentation (16-18°C) with Gouveio, Antão Vaz and Síria grapes ensures a sophisticated result. A truly refined wine, perfect with delicate white fish or shellfish, perhaps even a little oyster indulgence.
