The result is a surprisingly fresh and structured wine, boasting a nose of damp forest and a curious mushroom note. It has a lovely, medium texture and that persistent freshness, proving that sometimes, simplicity is truly elegant. Perfect with a plate of sautéed mushrooms, of course.
