Description

Abel Mendoza 5V derives its name from the white grape varieties used in its production, including Viura, white Tempranillo, Torrontés, Malvasia and white Garnacha. All are sourced from San Vicente de la Sonsierra in the Rioja Alta subzone, hand‑picked, fermented in new French oak barrels, and then aged for five months in those same barrels on their fine lees—enhancing the complexity and body of this white wine with a red‑wine soul, and revealing abundant stone‑fruit notes on the palate.
