The wine is produced from whole bunches without destemming and then fermented in concrete vats, giving a fresher, fruitier, juicy style with no oak influence. It is one of Abel Mendoza’s earliest releases: a young, vibrant, light and easy‑to‑drink red meant to be enjoyed without fuss.
