Description

A highly personal and elegant wine, born from old vines that seek to express uniqueness and tradition. It is crafted with care and a special blend of white Garnacha, which provides structure, body, and citrus and spicy notes; Macabeo, which adds delicacy and floral nuances; Pansal, which gives structure and rusticity; and finally Garnacha, which brings acidity and exotic flavours. The label may depict the strings over the soundbox of a cello or a grape seed pierced by rays of sunshine. The producers aim to apply the wisdom of native old vines and the ancient tradition of the eldest vintners, claiming it is an acoustic wine—no electricity—that seeks the roots and value of traditional viticulture against the globalisation of today’s wines, full of makeup and technology.
