This Adega da Vara Consorte Garrafeira Arinto certainly doesn’t play by the Vinho Verde rules. It bursts onto the scene with a lovely golden shimmer and a nose brimming with bright yellow flowers, ripe lemons, and those classic stone fruit notes. Remarkably structured thanks to barrel fermentation, it offers a wonderfully creamy texture and a refreshing acidity – you’ll definitely want another glass. Remarkably promising for a young wine, it’s fantastic paired with grilled fish or a vibrant fruit salad.
