“Atitude” – the name certainly sets the tone, courtesy of winemaker Rui Nabeiro. This white is a bold statement, born from the steep slopes of the Serra de São Mamede. Fermented in new French oak barrels with ‘battonage’ (lees stirring), it delivers a surprisingly complex structure, a wine that confidently pushes boundaries. It’s a fantastic match for spicy fish dishes or roast white meats, or even a classic Portuguese bacalhau on Christmas Day – a truly flavourful explosion!
