Freshness and aromatic intensity, characteristic of this elegant Alentejo red, make it a perfect match for rich, well‑seasoned cuisine. It’s an excellent choice to accompany a platter of typical, intense cheeses, cured meats, or any more elaborate red‑meat dish. Winemakers: Carlos Rodrigues and Andreia Reis. Vinification: After a hand‑harvest and careful selection of bunches, the destemmed grapes fermented at controlled temperature in a 5,000‑L French oak vat. The wine spent an additional 12 months aging in new and used French oak barrels. After bottling, it continued to evolve in the bottle until its release.
