We are witnessing the launch of the latest creation from Descendientes de J. Palacios, the project of Ricardo Pérez and Álvaro Palacios in Bierzo. Classified as a terroir wine, it comes from an exclusive plot (Valdafoz) of just 0.39 hectares, “filled with virtue and grace”, according to the winery. It is crafted from Mencía and a small amount of white grape.
