Alento Reserva Branco is a white wine that originates in Alentejo, on slate soils, from the Arinto and Antão Vaz grape varieties. The harvest is manual, with an eight‑hour skin maceration, followed by fermentation in used French oak barrels, with bâtonnage for six weeks. The ageing lasts six months in the same barrels, focused on precision, balance and terroir expression. Founded in 2004, Adega do Monte Branco is devoted to producing authentic wines from Portuguese grapes, with a deep respect for nature. Located in Estremoz, about 400 metres above sea level, it benefits from a unique micro‑climate characterised by diverse soils and moderate temperatures. Its 26 hectares of vineyards form the basis for balanced wines with character and an Alentejo identity. (Illustrative image only)
