Born from Sandra Fonseca’s vision, this Alvarinho Vinho Verde feels like it truly blossomed beneath granite, at an altitude of 550-650 metres. The extended fermentation (26 days) and generous 14-month lees contact undoubtedly contribute to a remarkably complex aromatic profile – a welcome departure from the ordinary. It’s a wonderfully natural wine, perfect for highlighting the subtle nuances of grilled fish or shellfish.
