Deu-La-Deu Alvarinho Branco

Description

This Alvarinho, hailing from Vinho Verde, clearly required a rather intense approach – two presses and a full 24 hours of decanting at 14°C. The result is a delightfully dry wine with a vibrant citrus hue, and a nose brimming with tropical notes – almost as if bees have been enjoying a good maracuja juice! Remarkably crisp, as praised by *Revista de Vinhos* (92 points!), it’s exceptionally refreshing and would pair beautifully with grilled fish or, perhaps more traditionally, a comforting pastel de bacalhau.
