This AMB Alento Reserva was clearly crafted with a touch of drama – and it delivers. Hand-picked Arinto and Antão Vaz grapes, treated with that characteristic Alentejo maceration technique, create a remarkable level of complexity. The fermentation in new French oak barrels introduces lovely spice and vanilla notes, while a prolonged aging in 300L oak adds a silky texture. Seriously, it’s fantastic with grilled fish or a roasted bird with fragrant herbs – a real crowd-pleaser.
