Morisco is one of the two wines from the Amigos del Tiempo project, which brings together the renowned enologist from Bierzo, Raúl Pérez, and is built on a philosophy of crafting fresh and deep wines from the privileged terroir of the Gredos Mountains. In fact, a small century‑old plot between Navarrevisca and Villanueva de Ávila supplies the Garnacha grapes used to produce this organic wine. Its fluid, approachable and elegant character makes it a versatile choice, whether enjoyed alone or paired with a wide range of dishes and appetizers.
