Andreza Region: D.O.C. – Douro Located in the northeast of Portugal, in the Douro river basin and surrounded by mountains that give it particular meteorological and climatic characteristics, the region covers a total area of about 250,000 ha and is divided into three naturally distinct sub‑regions. Vinification: Threshing and crushing; 12 hours of pre‑fermentative maceration, static cold clarification for 48 hours, use of selected yeasts. Bâtonnage on fine lees.
