This Andreza Reserva clearly shows a serious commitment – hand-picked with a 22kg harvest box, and pre-matured for 12 hours at 34°C to maximise enzymatic extraction. The result is a wonderfully concentrated wine, brimming with ripe fruit – a favourite of *Wine Enthusiast* critics (92 points!). Vanilla from barrel aging adds a touch of elegance, and the structure promises a long, persistent finish, perfect alongside a hearty roast.
