Expect bursts of citrus – particularly lemon – alongside a characteristic nervosity, thanks to the blend of Viosinho, Gouveio, Rabigato and Verdelho. Seriously, it’s a surprisingly complex wine – fantastic with grilled white fish or leaner white meats.
