The nose offers a captivating dance of elderflower, dried fruits, and honey, subtly enhanced by notes of wild blossoms, a clear reflection of the Douro’s meticulous terroir. On the palate, it’s surprisingly full-bodied, driven by vibrant acidity and a refreshing finish, accented with hints of mint, citrus, and ripe white fruit.
