This Anima de Fornalhas Grande Reserva is a seriously robust wine, born from a fascinating blend of Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s spent 18 months in French oak, developing a wonderfully rich complexity reminiscent of dark chocolate and nuts – a genuine taste of the Alentejo. The Adega dos Nascedios, with its family tradition and incredibly distinctive terroir, has crafted a wine that, as you know, has received some well-deserved accolades. Perfect with grilled beef – a truly comforting pairing.
