Description

This Alvarinho is a seriously ambitious young wine from the Adorotão sub-region. It’s a beautiful balance of Alvarinho’s crispness with the lushness of Sémillon, thanks to a touch of botrytization – you get intense tropical fruit flavours and a lovely honeyed note. The year and a half spent in oak has given it a wonderfully smooth texture and a lingering finish. I'd pair this with some foie gras, or perhaps alongside a selection of dried fruits for a truly indulgent experience.
