This Aphros Vinho Verde is a delightfully rebellious take on tradition – aged the old-fashioned way, relying solely on natural fermentation and without any added sugar. The Loureiro and Arinto grapes deliver a remarkably lively and invigorating wine, one that’s sure to awaken your palate. Supervised by Tiago Sampaio and Miguel Viseu, the meticulous winemaking ensures a beautifully balanced acidity of 7.6g/L and a pH of 3.10, perfectly reflecting the character of the region.
