Aphros Tinto

Description

This Aphros, hailing from Vinho Verde, is a genuine expression of natural winemaking. The fermentation, carried out using the traditional foot treading method in granite lagares, extracts colour and aroma with remarkable intensity. Careful temperature control – between 20°C and 22°C – ensures perfect balance. Aging “sur lies,” submerged in the grape must, adds a silky texture and a vibrant character. It’s a bold and distinctive Vinhão, utterly delightful with white fish or roasted chicken.
