This SOU, born from the collaboration between Quinta de Santiago and winemaker Nuno Mira do Ó, is a wine that throws a serious rock ‘n’ roll party. Bursting with colour and fresh fruit, it’s straight from the ‘terroir’ of Monção and Melgaço, bolstered by old vines and the influence of the Rio Minho valley. The blend of Alvarelhão (Brancelho) aged in used French oak barrels adds a delightful complexity and a touch of wood – a truly rebellious and surprising wine, perfect alongside slow-cooked pork dishes or grilled fish.
