Description

Fiamme Antiche is a red wine born from the Pelizzatti family's passion for the Valtellina terroir in northern Italy. The terroir is characterised by its steep slopes and granite soils that retain the sun's heat, recording higher temperatures than neighbouring areas. After a long maceration of more than three months and an ageing of one and a half years in different vessels, the result is an elegant wine marked by spicy notes that capture the mystique of the Lombard Alps.
