This Arroís Chardonnay, produced in incredibly limited quantities of just 1650 bottles, certainly feels like it’s been rather well-cared for. The low yield, achieved through hand-harvesting, really concentrates the Chardonnay’s character – it’s a notably rich and dense wine. Subtle nuances from the new oak barrels (228 litres) add a lovely touch, but don’t detract from the wine’s inherent elegance. A wine worth lingering over, particularly with grilled fish infused with fragrant herbs, perhaps a delightful palangre.
