Avondale Anima Chenin Blanc is a monovarietal white from the prestigious Paarl area in South Africa’s Coastal Region. It pays homage to the soul of this land and to the estate run by the Grieve family, leaders in efficient vineyard management under ecological and biodynamic criteria. Its production is a dance of textures, using different vessels such as French oak or clay amphorae. A sophisticated and deep Chenin Blanc that pairs wonderfully with white fish, shellfish or creamy cheeses.
