Abrisa’t is born from a need to look back at the past and to reconnect with the land and its fruits. Made using the ancestral winemaking technique of “vino brisado” (producing a white wine as if it were red), the skins, pulp and seeds macerate and ferment for about five days. It acknowledges the region’s historic winemaking know‑how, resulting in a flavorful and expressive white wine.
