This Barranco Longo, crafted with Encruzado and Arinto, demonstrates that a genuine passion for quality, coupled with a talented young team, can elevate both a wine and an entire region to remarkable heights. Seriously impressive, and utterly delightful with grilled fish and a squeeze of lemon – a classic pairing, really.
