This Barrancóa is a delightful surprise – immediately reminiscent of a vibrant Arinto. You’ll pick up notes of tropical fruits alongside bright citrus, all underpinned by a subtle herbaceousness that speaks volumes about its Alentejo terroir. Robert Parker nailed it with his 88 points, and frankly, the wine’s playful freshness and lingering finish would pair beautifully with grilled fish, a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon – a classic combination, really.
