This “Bebes.Comes” certainly doesn’t hold back, presenting a striking deep purple that hints at a bold entrance. The Baga grapes really shine here, delivering a burst of cherry and red fruit flavours – but with a deliciously enigmatic edge, as if cloaked in moss. The acidity is beautifully sharp and refreshing, giving the palate a vibrant jolt, and the tannins are seamlessly integrated, suggesting a fine potential for ageing. Absolutely fantastic with a perfectly grilled beef dish, I’d say.
