We are looking at a producer who has risen from the ashes. He came to stay and write a new chapter, but the house’s history dates back to the 19th century, when it was built. Great wines were born here and in these vineyards. Who could forget the P63, which at the time was vinified by José Maria da Fonseca? Fate left it “abandoned” to the wine world, preserving only a faint memory of the great wines that were born there. It also turned out that the new owner would be a person of good taste, of extreme dedication to making and doing things well. Thus the new Casa da Passarella was born, ready to write a fresh chapter in the story of this house and in the Dão region.
