This Bella Élégance, hailing from the historic Quinta de Bella in the Dão, is a genuine ode to tradition. Grown on “rotten granite” soils at 380 metres altitude, influenced by the Dão River, this Pinot Noir – crafted using the ‘Les Quatre Façons’ Bordeaux technique – delivers an astonishingly complex expression of terroir. Enologist Pascal Chatonnet expertly highlights the Dão’s natural richness, resulting in a wine with an undeniable character. Wonderful with lean red meats or simply to savour the elegance of the Dão.
